From working with Med Spas, Regenerative Medicine, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, and Wellness clinics nationwide, Morgan applies her experience in healthcare technology, project management, product development, global supply chain management, and operations business consulting to ensure no detail is missed and no opportunity is left on the table. She earned her MBA, Focus in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and previously led enterprise healthcare initiatives at GE Healthcare, managing multimillion-dollar projects across two of the largest health systems in Georgia. Over the course of her career, Morgan successfully implemented 834 national projects totaling $100.8 Million in revenue, leading the full project management lifecycle of connected patient monitoring systems, maternal infant care, anesthesia, and diagnostic cardiology devices. Her work also included infrastructure upgrades, SaaS and software deployments, MUSE and telemetry installations, and virtual gateway rollouts along with resource management across commercial, finance, product, supply chain, construction, networking, engineering, contractors, and clinical teams simultaneously.

Morgan is known for her operational sharpness and ability to spot inefficiencies in complex, fast-paced environments. She's passionate about building streamlined, scalable workflows, incorporating automation and AI tools, and leveraging vendor partnerships to reduce the administrative burden for providers. Her clients trust her to not only solve unique challenges, but to find innovative workarounds when there doesn't seem to be a clear path forward. She brings grit, focus, and deep care to every client relationship and a motto to always celebrate the small wins.
