Living and working in Newport Beach, California — one of the nation's leading hubs for health, medical aesthetics, and longevity — she stays on the pulse of the latest trends in wellness, aesthetics, biohacking, and performance medicine. Her professional journey began in law, earning her BA from The Ohio State University and her JD from Capital University. She practiced business, contract, real estate and advanced estate planning law for many years in Ohio before moving into executive leadership positions in several Fortune 500 companies. She brought her talent for team building to Kohl's, where she led executive recruitment and helped open over 100 stores during its West Coast expansion — hiring more than 450 managers and helping to shape the retailer's foundational leadership culture while expanding its footprint across the United States. Later at Thomson Reuters, she launched an innovative SaaS legal software suite across an eight-state territory, quickly rising as one of the top-performing sales leaders nationwide. Additionally, she has worked for tech start-ups and also has first-hand experience of what it takes to be a self-employed entrepreneur.

Annaliese's passion for consulting in the wellness industry was sparked by personal adversity. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Sjögren's Syndrome, she experienced firsthand the limitations of conventional medicine and began exploring integrative approaches. That journey deepened her interest in regenerative therapies, wellness technologies and somatic healing. She completed a three-year certification in Somatic Experiencing under Dr. Peter Levine, and today she incorporates trauma-informed, patient-centered insight into both her consulting and coaching work. Through Beyond Oxygen Consulting, she built a reputation for translating advanced modalities — like Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, Cryo Therapy and biotechnology products such as peptides and cellular/exosome therapy — into profitable, compliant, and impactful business models. Clients count on her to bridge the gap between science and strategy while building brands that patients trust.

She's known for bridging clinical innovation with business practicality — translating cutting-edge science into compliant, culture-driven business models. Now, after years of hands-on consulting, Co-founding ClinAdvize with Morgan Lasack was a natural evolution. As a health advocate, she served on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society – Southern California, was named Volunteer of the Year, fundraised over $70K, and personally crafted a signature fundraising event, In the Spotlight: OC Trunk Show.

Raised in Ohio and a proud Ohio State Buckeye, Annaliese brings a grounded, approachable energy to every client relationship. When she's not in strategy mode or championing the next big idea, you'll find her soaking up beach time, going for a run, or hanging out with her rescue dogs, friends and family.
